Mount Sinai Hospital patients participated in an exciting live presentation, “Exploring Mars,” by NASA engineer Kobie Boykins. The presentation was telecast from the Cradle of Aviation Museum. Patients watched the simulcast from “The Lion’s Den” at the hospital. The event was sponsored by Companions in Courage, a foundation. Thank you to Mount Sinai's Luis Borges for helping out with the technology and making the event possible. Teachers Elise Clement and John Cooper brought students to the event and incorporated the information into curricula.
